Additional Activities

Our playschool centers are spread across more than 1500+ square feet. We have enough space for children to play and learn. All the centers are situated in the prime location of Chennai. The classrooms have proper ventilation and open spaces for the kid to play.

Play Group Program

Play Group – Beginner program for ages 1.5 yrs -2.5 yrs. We begin to introduce more routine and structure to children’s activities and daily schedule. Your child will build vocabulary, learn functional numerical skills, and will be encouraged to use simple reasoning to explain everyday occurrences.

Kindergarten

The transition from preschool to primary school is a crucial time of change for both children as well as their parents. At First Slate Play School, the Kindergarten (K.G.) curriculum ensures smooth transition to formal schooling with meaningful and progressive learning experiences.

Mid-Brain Activation

Mid-Brain activation is a revolutionary method in teaching children and improve their cognition skills. This method of training enhances the capabilities of their brain and helps them to perform functions that are not easily possible. Midbrain activation enhances their perceptive skills and even helps them to see, read and find out things like colours, shapes, etc., even when blindfolded.

Quantum Reading

Quantum reading or Quantum speed reading is a revolutionary method of teaching children and adults to learn to read at astonishing speeds. Moreover, it enhances their perception skills to a level that can enable them to read books with just flipping of pages. Of course, such a level of mastery will require years of practice and perfection.

Language Classes

The best way to encourage your child’s language development is to do a lot of talking together about things that interest your child. It’s all about following your child’s lead as they show you what they’re interested in by waving, babbling or using words. From birth, talk with your child and treat them as a talker.

Storytelling Groups

Kids learn the most during the early years of their formal education. Thats when they absorb things around them like a sponge. We at First Slate take this beyond seriously and thats why we practise what we teach. Everything the kids learn theoritically will be experienced by them first hand with specimens, field trips, visiting professionals & interactive media.

Art & Craft

Through arts and craft, children learn to value and appreciate artifacts and images across cultures and times. Experience in design, art, and crafts enable them to reflect critically on their own work and those by others. They learn to act and think like designers and artists, working with intelligently and creatively.
